Worst Racing Moment: 
We under-estimated our route during the running portion of the SF Night and Day Challenge and transitioned to the bike after everyone else. The volunteers at the TA only had some greasy pizza and lemonade to offer to us. After the second hill I was sorely regretting my decision to partake of the food and then five minutes later I was keeled over at a stop light of a major intersection puking my guts out. Definitely a low point.
Favorite Racing Moment: 
Although I thoroughly enjoyed (before the poison oak hit) the trekking and bushwhacking sections of the Diablo race through the woods, grasslands, canyons and ridges, simply finishing a race, or training event, without crashing on the mountain bike or capsizing the kayak/canoe is a victory for me.
